Engage and Elevate WCSD 2025

This session is designed for teachers who teach in CLS Programs. This session focuses on key components of transition planning for students with disabilities, including the transition requirements outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Participants will explore effective job training strategies and assessments designed to support student readiness for post-school life. The course will also cover how to align transition activities with IEP goals to ensure a smooth and successful transition for students. Through practical examples and resources, teachers will gain the tools to create personalized transition plans that meet the unique needs of their students.
