This session is designed to empower teachers to enhance and improve student learning through the intentional and frequent use of targeted assessment of learning progressions. Teachers will explore a variety of formative assessment types for social studies, evaluating their effectiveness in gathering actionable student data. Teachers will design and refine targeted assessments tailored to their instructional goals for the first unit of study.
