This session will explore how teacher clarity—explicitly defining what students are learning, why it matters, and how they will demonstrate mastery—can transform CTE classrooms. Educators will examine strategies for writing clear learning objectives, making success criteria explicit, and ensuring students understand their progress in both technical and employability skills. Participants will engage in hands-on activities to refine their own learning intentions and apply them to their instruction.
